Epcot Food & Wine Festival -Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It! – Part 2
Learn some fun food and drink techniques, as taught by top industry experts at the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival!
Challenge your senses as you expand your culinary skills and beverage know-how!
Working side-by-side with chefs, beverage experts and other kitchen wizards, attendees can roll up their sleeves for a hands-on lesson that teaches one of many different culinary and beverage skills. Each guided, interactive experience offers a multi-sensory smorgasbord—from whipping up sweet treats and savory sensations to exploring cocktails, spirits and wines. It sounds like so much fun!!
Here is a brief description of what takes place at each seminar:
For the event, guests are seated at a long table along with up to seven other attendees. Your place at the table is set with everything you need to participate in the workshop.
At some events, the place setting includes ingredients for making receipes. Some workshops are tasting experiences. So instead of ingredients, an assortment of wine or other beverages along with the food pairings will be set at the table.
Speakers are introduced and then the seminar begins. At the end of the workshop, the featured speakers may welcome guests to come up and share questions or comments.

- $39 per Guest, plus tax
Availability for this event is limited — advanced reservations are highly recommended as this event can fill up quickly. Epcot admission is required and is not included with the event ticket. Alcohol will only be served to Guests 21 years of age and older. All events are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

4:30 PM Rock Harper, Rock Solid Creative Food Group, LLC., Woodbridge,
Rock Unrolled – Sushi Rolling with Rock Harper – Roll like a pro! During
this experience, you will learn all the steps to making a great sushi
roll, including a demonstration on the sushi rice, which may be the
most important part. Create a traditional roll and an inside-out roll
with the fillings of your choice from Chef Rock Harper’s seasonal
selection of vegetables. Once you know the method and
techniques, it’s up to you to “roll” with your creative side!
Which presentation sounds good to you? I think the Flavor Trifecta: Wine, Cheese &
